Had to incorporate this into my blog. This truly is the meaning of diversity and what it means to corporations to diversitize their corporation.

This truly does signify diversity.

So what is diversity you ask? For those of you who aren't fully aware of what it means here's a better understanding. "  The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect. 
It means understanding that each individual is unique, and recognizing our individual differences.  These can be along the dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies."
